Privacy Policy

Track Toolkit ("the app", "we") is built for motorcycle trackday riders. This policy explains what data the app collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. We do not sell your data. We do not show ads.
What we collect
- Account info. If you sign in, we store your email address and an authentication identifier so we can sync your data across devices.
- Journal data you create. Track days, sessions, lap times, bike garage entries, suspension notes, tire photos and tags, and any text you type into the journal. This data is yours.
- Device-paired data. When you connect a RaceBox over Bluetooth, sessions and telemetry you choose to import are stored with your journal.
- Crash and error reports. Minimal technical logs to help fix bugs. These do not include your journal contents.
What we don't collect
- No advertising identifiers, no ad networks, no third-party trackers.
- No precise background location. GPS data only comes from RaceBox imports you initiate.
- No microphone or camera access except when you tap the voice note or tire photo controls.
How your data is used
- To run the tire selector, class finder, and journal features.
- To sync your journal between your devices when you are signed in.
- To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted by row-level security so only your account can read your journal.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your data. We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the app (hosting, database, and crash reporting), and only as needed to deliver the service.
Your choices
- Export or delete your journal entries from within the app.
- Delete your account to remove your stored data. Email the support address below to request deletion.
- Revoke microphone, camera, and Bluetooth permissions in your device settings at any time.
Children
Track Toolkit is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the effective date and, when appropriate, notify you in the app.
